New home. New life
We are a friendly family company with over fifty years experience in local construction and real estate. With our fluent English, professionalism, and detailed local knowledge we can assist you through the entire process of realising your dream of living in beautiful Galicia.
We truly understand why people choose to live in rural Galicia. Having lived both abroad and in large cities, we ourselves have chosen this clean, unspoiled part of the world as our home and the place to raise our children.
And we are not alone.
People have come from all over Europe seeking a mild climate, a place where their children can grow up in contact with nature, where it is possible to have a fertile, organic garden and where there are plenty of outdoor sports such as biking, hiking, surfing, sailing, canoeing and fishing.
“We help our clients find a home, not just a house.”
We pride ourselves on our hospitality and tailor our services to your needs.
If you would like to come out to look around we can provide good-quality, reasonably-priced rented housing and help arrange anything else you might need, such as car hire.
Our services include:
- Assistance and advice on property selection based on your needs.
- Showing you round your selected properties.
- Consultation and oversight of all stages of the buying process.
- Interfacing on your behalf with key professionals such as architects, surveyors, masons, plumbers and electricians.
We are based in Galicia, in the north-west corner of the Iberian Peninsula, specifically in the regions of Ferrolterra and Ortegal.
The towns of Valdoviño and Cedeira have everything you might need need, including: shops, a health centre, police station and a college. The city of Ferrol is no more than half an hour away and A Coruña (the provincial capital) is about an hour’s journey.
The climate is humid oceanic with predominantly mild temperatures and an annual average temperature of 13° C. This climate in combination with the local soil fertility means a garden practically grows itself.
Our estuaries, forests and wetlands are rich in biodiversity and attract a wide variety of migratory birds.
Come and experience this unspoiled corner of Spain. We’re sure you will fall in love with it like we have!
